Thank You, Healthcare Heroes
The Hand Medal Project was conceived in Spain to honor the service and sacrifice of healthcare workers who have been working with COVID patients. Hands were created by more than 3000 artists in 63 countries. In the beginning of November, hands were collected and distributed to healthcare workers. I was thrilled to have the hands I created distributed to my local heroes at Englewood Hospital in NJ. A beautiful project to be a part of for people who have given—and continue to give—so much. I am artist #588 in the project, and each of my hands is marked with my number.
