Shipping costs include insurance, which varies based on the value of item(s) shipped.
All items are shipped via USPS mail which usually takes 2-3 days, but is not guaranteed. Orders over $500 require a signature. If you need something faster or would prefer UPS or FedEx, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Full price, non-custom orders can be returned for a refund when the following criteria is met:
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt, unworn, in new condition, and in its original package with tracking.
All returns require a confirmation number and an email address/phone number where you can be reached. Contact me at email@example.com for a confirmation number, and include the confirmation number with the return.
Orders without a confirmation number will not be accepted.
Once your return is evaluated we will notify you of approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped.
Custom orders are nonrefundable.

All work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If there is a problem due to materials or workmanship, the item may be shipped back and evaluated either for repair or replacement. If an item is no longer available and cannot be replaced, a credit will be issued.
